Hosta ‘Guacamole’

‘Guacamole’ has spectacular, huge, ribbed, avocado-green, glossy leaves with dark green streaked edges; like an avocado split open. This is a very distinctive and a magnificent addition to the garden. This is one of the few available hostas with flowers so intensely fragrant there’s no need to seek out the scent; it finds you. Guacamole is one of our favorite hostas plus it’s fast-growing and sun tolerant. The plant may be divided every few years or left undisturbed indefinitely. Hosta’s perform well in woodland settings where filtered light is abundant. American Hosta Grower’s Hosta Of The Year 2002!
